If you have a specific problem with comments made by another member of your group you may contact them directly or ask for assistance from your group leader. You are responsible to work things out with other members in a mature and diplomatic way. You should be aware that if you or anyone else in the group becomes excessively disruptive or abuses the right of participation (as noted above) your/their membership may be terminated.
If your group has a continual problem of the nature stated above with a particular member, and the group has demonstrated its attempts to handle the problem on their own without success, someone for The Power Plan(TM) team will notify this person directly and let them know that they will be terminated without further warning should anyone else raise a complaint.
