That's right, stop reciting out dated resolutions and start putting a plan of action into affect that will give you the real results you are looking for. You may even consider joining a group of people who can help motivate you through accountability and encouragement.
The best thing you can do is FOCUS on finding solutions and commit to starting each day of the New Year asking yourself what one thing can I do today to reach my goals?
