When it comes to people pushing your buttons, stealing your dreams, dashing your hopes, or angling for your position... who's side are you on?  You may be quick to answer your side, of course, but your actions may speak louder and tell a different story. 

We are always, luckily, responsible for our lives.  With every choice we make (consciously or subconsciously) we claim our lives.  Make your choices and your actions congruent and your life will shift from chaos to calm.  When you are calm and in balance you will more readily attract the things you most desire into your life.

The catch 22, if there is one, is that often times we don't really know what we desire and our lives (if viewed objectively) display that .  So, as the saying goes, begin within.  Find those things, places, people, ideas and feelings that resonate with your heart, mind and spirit.  Think about them and notice how your body feels - it feels good right?  Okay, now holding onto that feeling imagine a decision you have to make (about something or someone) and see if that feeling remains or recedes.  If that good feeling remains than this decision is the right one to make - for you. 

Using this simple technique can help you learn to make better choices and stand up for your own needs.  Ultimately, the only person who knows what is right for you is you.
