Put away your watch for a day.  Do whatever you can to feel time passing, rather than checking to see how much time has passed, and you will be amazed at how much time you really have.  More importantly you may begin to realize, to your own delight, how much time you spend doing things you don't care to do - just to fill up time.

Often we are so busy doing one or two more things before the next appointment or errand that we don't ever realize that our time is our own.  Our minds are hours, days or even months ahead of the current moment and in habitual fashion we have polluted those future possibilities with our current mind-sets, worries, frustrations or life demands.  All the while the actual moment we have, the one that is truly ours, RIGHT NOW is quickly slipping past unrecognized and more often than not unappreciated.

Ask anyone who's had a near miss with death and you'll know - there is no guarantee on length of life but in each moment we have the choice to make whatever we want of the life we have.

So, just for today, I challenge you to be here now and enjoy the life you have just as it is - the rest will come in time.
