The 90-Day Power Plan is for people who are serious about making positive changes in many areas of their lives. The process requires a minimum commitment of 15-30 minutes a day, along with at least 1 hour per week working with a 90-Day Power Plan coach either directly or as part of group. With that in mind you must be willing to honestly share your experiences and challenges so that you can overcome any issues that may be limiting your progress. Additionally, it is helpful to have a personal faith based belief system, as this has been shown to improve the speed of individual results.
